We will fuck up one of the 'easy' ones and win one of the 'difficult' ones... 8 points I reckon.
If we avoid defeat to Chelsea I think we finish above them.
8th place and a ECL place for next season would be great.
6th Man Utd
7th Newcastle
8th West ham
9th Chelsea
Sky laughably trying to big up Man Utd's CL chances yesterday... in a race with Spurs and Villa for 5th place apparently!

I just put our 2024 form into my supercompuer and it suggests we will win 1, draw 2 and lose 3.
So 5 points out of a possible 18 based on current form which potentially will see us finish on 53 points.
Not sure that will be enough considering everyone around us has 1 or 2 games in hand.
The big game will be Chelsea - we have to go into that one with the aim of winning as they are there for the taking this season and they will go above us if they win their games in hand - unless we can deny them in the head to head.
That's one less team to think about if we can win our other 2 home games against Fulham and Luton then we're in with a chance.

So why ask?

We have a reasonable run in so for me we are finishing 7th or 8th, hope 7th as the EL is way way better than the Conference. We will likely require Chelsea or Newcastle to lose a few. In reality, considering we have European games and the squad has been flogged to death, then 8th is more likely, but 9th very possible too, which would be a massive disappointment.

Fulham won’t be easy, to and from Germany on short rest.
Palace won’t be easy either massive disappointment or massive celebrations on short rest.
But I fancy a Chelsea and a Luton win.
